Wow! What a charming and gorgeous hotel! Staying here was like experiencing a slice of heaven. the views were absolutely incredible, with so many mountains to admire. the coffee served was excellent, and it helped energize us for the day. the staff was beyond friendly and caring, one employee even helped us with our itinerary for the day. Speaking of the location, it was perfect for our business trip, with easy access to nearby attractions and a quiet setting for peaceful rest.

If we had to nitpick, we would say that the shower took a bit of time to warm up, but once it did, the hot water was consistent and enjoyable. we wish there were more activities to do at the hotel, but the incredible sights made up for it.

Our accommodation was nothing special – a basic room with a small bathroom. The reception was average but the service was not helpful nor friendly. The breakfast was quite basic; we've had better breakfasts at other hotels. Although the nature around was excellent, the hotel was too far away from all activities, which was a bit of a letdown. There were no llamas, ducks nor geese as advertised either.

The road leading up to the hotel was in terrible condition, with multiple potholes that rattled our car and almost made us turn back.
